About

I build the whole product

I'm Alejandro Pacheco, an independent full-stack and iOS developer based in London. I take software from an early idea through design, engineering, infrastructure, release, and the iterations that follow.

What I do

My core stack is TypeScript across React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS, backed by PostgreSQL or MongoDB and infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare. For Apple platforms I work in Swift and SwiftUI, connecting the native experience to subscriptions, analytics, private data flows, and reliable backend services.

I have spent more than eight years building software across product teams, consulting engagements, and my own independent apps. Working end to end means product choices and technical choices stay connected: the interface, service architecture, launch process, and measurement plan are designed together.

Independent products

My current work includes utilities, private personal tools, and AI-assisted products for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web. HEVCut compresses media, June turns a conversation into a private diary, Relay handles straightforward phone errands, and Unfill helps people understand and reduce photo-library storage without giving up control.

Each public product page describes what the software does today. I avoid invented testimonials, inflated metrics, and capabilities that have not shipped. Visit the project index for the complete list, direct App Store links, and the relevant privacy policies.

Work with me

I'm available for focused product builds and senior hands-on engineering. The best fit is work where one person can own the path from a clear problem to dependable software in production. Send a short note about the product, its current stage, and what needs to change; I'll reply directly.
