WristAI
Effective date: October 28, 2026
WristAI lets you have real-time voice conversations with an AI assistant from your iPhone or Apple Watch. This policy explains what WristAI collects, how it is used, which service providers receive it, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
WristAI's Cloudflare-hosted service issues a short-lived, single-use session for each call. Your device then connects directly to Google's Gemini API, which receives your audio, your persona and custom instructions, and the conversation so far, and returns the spoken reply and transcripts. Google processes this data under its Gemini API terms and privacy policy.
WristAI does not sell personal information and does not use your conversations for advertising.
Conversation transcripts and settings stay on your devices and in your private iCloud account, which WristAI cannot access. They are kept until you delete them; you can delete any conversation in the app. The service keeps only a per-identifier daily call count. Analytics records are kept for a limited period, and service providers retain data according to their policies and legal obligations.
These providers receive only the information needed for the stated purpose.
To request access to or deletion of your data, or to ask a privacy question, use the contact form.
WristAI is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. WristAI does not knowingly collect personal information from a child below that age. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so it can be reviewed and deleted.
WristAI and its providers use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, and data is encrypted in transit. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their transfer safeguards and applicable law.
This policy may be updated as WristAI's practices or providers change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL.
